As part of their online global vision, JCB set out to deliver a 'best in class' website and suite of digital tools for their dealers and customers.
I was involved in the competitor benchmarking exercise and full UX investigation to map out the future of JCB online. Months of planning and documentation led to the development of the site within Sitecore, an enterprise multilingual CMS platform. The development was split across two teams both working agile methodologies under a central management task force.
